PUPPET ARTS SKIN is one of the artistic culture of Indonesia most interesting to have.Culture includes shadow puppets acting, sound art, music, art said, literary arts, painting, sculpture, and also the symbol arts. This puppet culture continues to evolve with the development period to period, which is also the lighting media, propaganda, education, entertainment, philosophical understanding, as well as entertainment.

According to research by historians of the existing culture, art and culture is a culture puppet native to Indonesia, particularly in Java. The existence of puppets have very many centuries before the Hindus entered the island of Java. Although a popular puppet story in today's society is an adaptation of the works of Indian literature, namely Ramayana and Mahabharata.
